C# Game Developer

  • Experienced and dependable virtual reality game developer.

  • Will be responsible for implementing new features and upgrading existing systems in a groundbreaking professional VR UI.

This growing team seeks a highly talented game developer to help us fuse some of the most advanced technology in the world into a highly useable and yet supremely powerful user experience.

    This is a startup development environment so you can make a big difference but our focus on sustainability means the hours aren’t crazy. Developers typically work independently on a mix of short term (1-2 days), mid-term (1-3 week) and long term (1-6 month) projects. To work in this fast paced, dynamic, and demanding environment you must be an exceptional developer, capable of extracting the very best from yourself.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Developing new software as well as enhancing and integrating existing systems predominantly written in Unity & C#.

    • Working with the Product Manager to develop and implement UI paradigms for features that have never been seen before.

    • Manage a fast-paced development environment.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of professional game development experience (open to junior and senior candidates).

    • Experience with large, complex game projects.

    • Strong C# skills are essential, with solid experience in high performance multi-threaded programming.

    • Networking experience is desireable.

    • Degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.

    • Stable career history.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    This role will see you creating highly advanced VR technology, while collaborating with some of the world’s largest companies. Remote working is supported in most countries or you can work in one of our hubs in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney & Helsingør.
